•Platform Role: Meviox is an intermediary aggregator connecting patients with independent healthcare professionals; it does not provide direct medical advice, diagnosis, or treatments.
•No Emergency Care: Platform services are strictly for non-critical care; call 108/112 or visit an emergency room immediately for life-threatening emergencies.
•Advance Security Deposit: An advance payment is collected at booking to reserve and block the healthcare provider’s schedule.
•Refund Eligibility (Before Dispatch): If you cancel the booking while the doctor has not yet departed from their location, you are eligible for a refund of the advance security amount.
•No Refund (After Dispatch): Once the doctor has departed or is in transit to your location, the advance security amount is non-refundable.
•No Refund on Arrival: Full fees apply and no refunds are issued if the doctor reaches the address and the patient cancels, refuses treatment, or is unavailable.
•Provider Cancellations: If Meviox or the doctor cancels due to unavoidable circumstances, your full advance deposit will be refunded or rescheduled.
•Independent Medical Liability: All diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatments remain the sole responsibility of the attending doctor; Meviox bears no liability for clinical outcomes, side effects, or medical negligence.
•Accurate Patient Info: Patients must provide true medical histories, allergy details, and accurate addresses; Meviox is not liable for issues arising from withheld or incorrect data.
•Home Visit Safety: Users must maintain a safe environment; doctors reserve the right to leave without a refund in cases of harassment or abuse.
•Data Privacy: Patient data is handled confidentially and shared only with the assigned medical provider to fulfill the booking.
•Jurisdiction: All disputes and terms are governed by Indian law under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
